To help the client develop a product business plan from start to finish that promotes their global collection of art, used in various creative product lines for the end user market.
The goal was to research and plan for unique product lines, channels for product development and distribution, while maintaining a cause marketing campaign behind each and every vibrant and meaningful product.
Results
Adaptium Strategic Business worked closely with the client to provide guidance and identified four different strategies for developing products and their potential channels for distribution.
We offered a wide range of products divided into three subcategories: paper, apparel, and household goods. All of these goods adhere to our production policies of environmental friendliness and innovative efficiency. The products also reflect the existing foundation, as well as deliver the art work into a new realm of business opportunities, including the development of digital art, just as the client envisioned.
Capturing the passion, drive and global messages behind the art work and seamlessly transcending that core meaning into the products was the key in order to secure investor interest, meaningful public relations and emotional appeal from the consumer. How to demonstrate the relevancy of the project and it's genuine nature from its very inception, was to be reflected in every product, from creation, manufacturing, packaging, to final delivery for the initial target launch in 2011.

On a larger scale, the client's desire to offer product offerings that were non-existent, highly drove the inspiration to create educational and promotional products that compliment and empower humanitarian efforts to raise awareness about global concerns. The global collection of artwork applied to products, shares messages and symbols of peaceful community gathering, education, and consensus building that lead to action for positive change.
As well, the client also had a fixed cost and defined time frame for this to be delivered. Adaptium Branding was able to provide all the deliverables on time and within budget.
