Goals
To help the client develop an image and business plan that demonstrated they are an independent,
unbiased advocacy-based firm that champions public policies and services to empower individuals to make
informed mortgage and refinancing choices.
The goal was to build a brand name that represented a company that challenges all potential unnecessary
costs associated with home loan financing, during the start of the 2008 tumultuous down turn in the
real-estate industry.
Capturing their drive, positive attitude, and style of communications was key to this project in order
to secure investor interest and eventually consumer confidence. The service was very relevant, and it was
necessary to demonstrate how genuine this company was reflecting their integrity, professionalism and
expertise.
Results
Adaptium Branding worked closely with the client to provide guidance and develop the communications
and image that would eventually help build the firm's brand and foundation. Adaptium Creative helped
create the logo, brand platform, key messages, website, media plan and business plan (designed for investors).

service; rather it connected new and inexperienced home owners with experts who were trying to help make a
positive impact during uncertain times.
As well, the client also had a fixed cost and short time frame. Adaptium Creative was able to provide
all the deliverables on time and within budget.
